We are delighted to be opening our wonderful restaurant for dinner on selected mid-week dates in the summer for overnight guests and non residents to enjoy our splendid ‘a’ la carte’ menu. Our light, modern and spacious restaurant boosts large floor to ceiling glass doors leading on to a pretty courtyard terrace. Selected dates are available from the 16th July to the 31st August.
The tempting summer dinner menu below features fresh, locally sourced produce (please note, that the menu may be subject to change, depending on availability). Our chefs are able to cater for any dietary requirements, so please do advise us of any food allergies when you make a booking.

Crab with Harissa and Cucumber
Charred Sardines with Tomato Confit and Olives
Veal Sweetbread, Parsnip foam and Curry Oil
Salt baked Celeriac with a roast Garlic emulsion, Lambs Lettuce and Black Truffle (V)
Pea Veloute with Broad Beans, Duck Egg and Kohlrabi (V)
Confit Duck Leg accompanied by fermented Red Cabbage and New Potatoes
Lamb Cannon with roast Tomato, Courgette and Rocket Pesto, with charred Shallots

Seabass with Peas, baby Gem, Samphire and roasted Fennel

Wines from our exclusive wine menu and bar drinks are available to order at your table. All charges from the meal will be added to your room bill for payment on departure.
