Join us at Canterbury Cathedral on Thursday 7 September to mark 450 years since Queen Elizabeth I celebrated her birthday here at Canterbury Cathedral on 7 September 1573.
Enjoy a display from the unique collections of the Cathedral Archives and Library and a talk about the royal visit. We will finish with a Tudor-inspired Full Afternoon Tea in the Refectory Restaurant.

14:15 – arrival – meet at the Cathedral Visits Centre in the Buttermarket
14:30-15:30 – Tour of the Cathedral Archives
15:30-16:00 – Talk in the AV Theatre
16:00-17:00 – Afternoon Tea
17:15-18:15 – Evensong in the Cathedral is optional
